Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) A person is to be
admitted as a patient to a public hospital if in the opinion of a medical or
other officer in charge the person requires treatment of the kind provided by
the hospital.
(2) Nothing in
subsection (1) prevents the admission to any public hospital maintained
under the provisions of this Act of any person in urgent need of medical or
nursing attention.
