34A .         Infectious diseases, hospitals for treatment of

                The board of a public hospital may, and at the direction of the Minister shall, conduct the public hospital or set apart any portion of the public hospital for the purposes of the reception and treatment of any person suffering from or suspected to be suffering from an infectious disease.
