HOSPITAL FUND ACT 1930 - SECT 1

1 .         Short title

        (1)         This Act may be cited as the Hospital Fund Act 1930 .

        (2)         Subject to any express provisions of this Act to the contrary, it shall be read as one with the Income Tax Assessment Act 1937 , and the Hospitals and Health Services Act 1927 .
