Whereas it is expedient to make provision for the establishment of a
High School for the purpose of giving to Boys an education similar to
that given in the Grammar and advanced schools in the other
Australasian Colonies;
Be it therefore enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Western Australia
and its Dependencies, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative
Council thereof, as follows: —
