HUMAN TISSUE AND TRANSPLANT ACT 1982 - LONG TITLE

An Act to make provision for and in relation to the removal of human tissues for transplantation, other therapeutic purposes, or medical or scientific purposes, for post-mortem examinations, for the repeal of the Tissue Grafting and Processing Act 1956  2 , the Sale of Human Blood Act 1963  2 and section 338A of the Health Act 1911  3 and for related purposes.
