INDUSTRY AND TECHNOLOGY DEVELOPMENT ACT 1998 - SECT 33

33 .         Repeals and transitional provisions

        (1)         The following Acts are repealed — 

            (a)         the Technology and Industry Development Act 1983 ;

            (b)         the Industry (Advances) Act 1947 ; and

            (c)         the Inventions Act 1975 .

        (2)         The transitional provisions set out in Schedule 2 have effect.
