Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Commission may
appoint such officers and employees, either full-time or part-time, as the
board considers necessary to enable the Commission and the Corporation to
carry out their respective functions.
(2) Subject to any
relevant order, award or agreement under the
Industrial Relations Act 1979 , the Commission may determine the
remuneration and other terms and conditions of service of its officers and
employees.
(3) The Commission may
from time to time classify the positions to be held by officers and employees
of the Commission and define the duties to be performed by the respective
holders of those positions.
(4) The Commission may
engage under contract for services such professional and technical or other
assistance as it considers necessary to enable the Commission and the
Corporation to carry out their respective functions.
