Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Commission may
grant, or make provision for the grant of, pensions, gratuities and retirement
benefits to its officers and employees and, for that purpose may establish,
manage and control, or enter into an arrangement with an insurer or other
person for the establishment, management and control by that insurer or other
person either alone or jointly with the Commission of, any fund or scheme for
the purpose of providing for such pensions, gratuities and benefits.
(2) The Commission may
make contributions to any fund or scheme referred to in subsection (1).
(3) In
subsection (1) officers and employees includes —
(a)
dependants of officers and employees; and
(b)
former officers and employees and their dependants.
