Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts The board of
commissioners, in the name and on behalf of the Commission, may, by instrument
in writing approved by resolution, delegate to a commissioner, to a committee
of the board of commissioners, or to an officer or employee of the Commission
all or any of the powers or duties of the Commission, except this power of
delegation.
