INDUSTRIAL HEMP ACT 2004 - SECT 4

4 .         Licensing requirement

                A person must not —

            (a)         cultivate industrial hemp;

            (b)         harvest industrial hemp; or

            (c)         process industrial hemp,

                except under and in accordance with a licence.

        Penalty: $10 000.
