Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Fifth
Variation Agreement is ratified.
(2) The implementation
of the Fifth Variation Agreement is authorised.
(3) Without limiting
or otherwise affecting the application of the
Government Agreements Act 1979 , the Fifth Variation Agreement is to
operate and take effect despite any other Act or law.
