Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated ActsAn Act to authorise State authorities to exercise powers, perform functions
and duties and provide services in or in relation to the Territories of
Christmas Island and the Cocos (Keeling) Islands, to enable State courts and
State judicial officers to exercise jurisdiction in or in relation to those
Territories, and to authorise the State and State authorities to enter into
arrangements with the Commonwealth for those purposes.
