Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Full Bench
shall not authorise the registration of an organisation under a name identical
with that by which any other organisation has been registered or which by
reason of its resemblance to the name of another organisation or body or for
any other reason is, in the opinion of the Full Bench, likely to deceive or
mislead any person.
(2) The registered
name shall clearly indicate whether the organisation is an organisation of
employers or an organisation of employees.
(3) This section does
not prevent the Full Bench from authorising an organisation to which a
certificate has been issued under section 71 to change its name so as to
correspond with the name of its counterpart Federal body under that section.

s. 66.]
