Western Australian Consolidated Acts For the purposes of
auditing the accounting records of an organisation or of performing any
function conferred on the auditor under this Act, the auditor of an
organisation is entitled —
(a) to
have full and free access at all reasonable times to all records or documents
relating to the receipt or expenditure of moneys by the organisation, or the
acquisition, use or disposal of assets of the organisation, or the incurring
of liabilities by the organisation; and
(b) to
require any officer or employee of the organisation to provide the auditor
with any information or explanation that the auditor wants.
