INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS ACT 1979 - SECT 80ZJ

80ZJ .         Exercise of powers conferred under Fair Work Act

        (1)         Subject to this Act the Commission may exercise the powers conferred on it by or under such of the provisions as may be prescribed of the Fair Work Act 2009 (Commonwealth) or of any other prescribed enactment.

        (2)         A decision made by the Commission in exercise of the powers referred to in subsection (1) shall, for the purposes of this Act, be deemed not to have been made by the Commission under this Act.
