section 97WZ authorises the person approved by the order ( the
representative ), so long as the order remains in force, to act on behalf of
the person with a mental disability ( the represented person ) in relation
to —
(a) the
making of one or more EEAs under section 97UD; and
(b) the
matters referred to in section 97XD(1).
