Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts The Governor may make
such regulations as he may judge necessary to secure due provision of buoys
and the preservation and proper management, use, and maintenance of buoys, and
may impose a penalty not exceeding $500 for the breach of any such regulation:
Provided that this section shall not apply to buoys under the control of the
commissioners of a harbour trust or members of the harbour board.
