Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Governor may
make regulations prescribing all matters that are required or permitted to be
prescribed by this Act or are necessary or convenient to be prescribed for
giving effect to the purposes of this Act.
(2) Without limiting
subsection (1), regulations may be made with respect to —
(a)
preventing or suppressing improper or undesirable practices relating to the
performance of functions by JPs;
(b)
prescribing fees payable in connection with the administration of this Act.
