Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The persons who
were members of the Association immediately before the date of the coming into
operation of this Part shall by force of this section become and, subject
to the rules, remain supporting members of the Council.
(2) In determining the
subscriptions payable by supporting members to whom subsection (1)
applies credit shall be given for subscriptions paid to the Association in
respect of the financial period current at the date of the coming into
operation of this Part.
(3) No subscriptions
shall be payable by a supporting member who was a life member of the
Association.
