transferred employee means a person who becomes a member of the staff pursuant
to section 76(1) or section 77(2).
(2) The salary or
wages of a transferred employee shall not be less than the salary or wages to
which he was entitled in the position that he held immediately before becoming
a member of the staff.
(3) For the purposes
of subsection (2), the salary or wages to which a transferred employee
was entitled in the position that he held immediately before becoming
a member of the staff shall be deemed to include such allowances as the
Commission determines formed part of his salary or wages in that position.
