Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) A person who,
within the meaning of this Act, becomes an owner of licensed premises shall
give notice in writing to the Director of the interest acquired within
7 days of acquiring it, and shall in that notice set out full particulars
of the full name and the address to which notices under this Act should be
sent.
(2) An owner of
licensed premises who changes from the address notified to the Director
shall, within 7 days of the change, give notice of the change to the
Director.
(3) A person who
contravenes subsection (1) or (2) commits an offence.
Penalty: a fine of $2 000.
(4) Where a notice is
required by this Act to be given to the owner of licensed premises, it may be
given to the owner and address notified under subsection (1) in relation
to those premises.
