Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) A notice or other
document may be served on a licensee —
(a)
personally; or
(b) by
leaving it at the licensed premises, in an envelope addressed to the licensee,
with a person apparently employed or engaged in the business conducted under
the licence; or
(c) by
sending it by post addressed to the licensee at the licensed premises or at
some other address notified by the licensee to the Director.
(2) A notice or other
document may be served on a person who occupies a position of authority in a
body corporate that holds a licence —
(a)
personally; or
(b) by
sending it by post addressed to that person at an address notified by that
person to the Director; or
(c) by
serving it on the licensee, addressed to that person.
