Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The
Criminal and Found Property Disposal Act 2006 applies to and in respect
of any thing that is seized or forfeited under this Act except any thing that
is seized and disposed of in accordance with section 155(9).
(2) For the purposes
of the Criminal and Found Property Disposal Act 2006 the department of
the Public Service that principally assists the Minister to administer this
Act is a prescribed agency.
