Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) Subject to
subsections (2) and (3), 2 or more licences shall not be granted in
respect of the same part of any premises, but licences may be granted in
respect of defined separate parts of the same premises.
(2) More than one club
restricted licence may be granted in respect of the same premises, subject to
section 48(4)(a)(i), where at no time or day do the permitted hours
specified in the respective licences coincide or overlap.
(3) An occasional
licence may be granted in respect of premises, or a part of premises, in
respect of which some other licence is granted.
