LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1995 - SECT 6.6

6.6 .         Funds to be established

        (1)         A local government is to have — 

            (a)         a municipal fund; and

            (b)         a trust fund.

        (2)         The municipal fund is to be kept separate and distinct from the trust fund.
