Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) All money and
the value of all assets received or receivable by a local government are to be
held and brought to account in its municipal fund unless required by this Act
or any other written law to be held in the trust fund.
(2) Money held in
the municipal fund may be applied towards the performance of the functions and
the exercise of the powers conferred on the local government by this Act or
any other written law.
