LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1995 - SECT 9.69A

9.69A .         Notification under Corruption and Crime Commission Act 2003

                Nothing in Part 5 or Part 8 affects the duty of the Departmental CEO to notify as required by section 28 of the Corruption and Crime Commission Act 2003 .
