Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts Section 9 is
amended by deleting “Department within the meaning of the Transfer of
Land Act 1893 , the office for the Registration of Deeds, any office of
the Department of Lands and Surveys and the Department of Mines and” and
inserting instead —
“
records of the Authority, a department principally
assisting in the administration of the Land Administration Act 1997 or
the Mining Act 1978 , or
”.
