Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Supreme Court
or Board must, in deciding if a person is a fit and proper person to be
admitted to the legal profession, consider —
(a) each
of the suitability matters in relation to the person to the extent that a
suitability matter is appropriate; and
(b) any
other matter it considers relevant.
(2) However, the
Supreme Court or Board may consider a person to be a fit and proper person to
be admitted despite a suitability matter because of the circumstances relating
to that matter.
