payment into the Guarantee Fund.

the local legal practitioner.

practicable after making a determination under subsection (2), the Trust
must —

(b) give
written notice of the determination to the Board and the Law Society.
(5) The levy is
payable to the Trust, at the time and in the manner fixed by the Trust in the
determination, by each local legal practitioner who is of a class specified in
the determination.
(6) However, the Trust
may in a special case extend the time for payment of a levy or part of a levy
by a local legal practitioner.
