Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Complaints
Committee may make an order requiring an Australian legal practitioner to pay
all or any specified part of the costs of either or both the complainant and
the Complaints Committee in relation to an investigation under this Part.
(2) An order may be
made under subsection (1) even where no finding is made against the
Australian legal practitioner, if the Complaints Committee is of the opinion
that the conduct of the Australian legal practitioner gave reasonable cause
for the investigation.
