Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) At a meeting of
the Complaints Committee, subject to subsection (2), each member present
is entitled to a deliberative vote.
(2) Any question must
be determined by a majority of the votes lawfully cast but when the
deliberative votes cast on a question are equally divided the chairperson of
the Complaints Committee has a casting vote in addition to a deliberative
vote.
