Western Australian Consolidated Acts To the extent to which
the provisions of the regulations made under the
Industrial Relations Act 1979 are capable of application under this Act,
those provisions shall apply accordingly; but to the extent that other
regulations in addition to, substitution for, or amendment of, those
regulations are deemed necessary or desirable for the purposes of this Act,
then to that extent other regulations may be made under this Act or under that
Act, and such of the forms prescribed by the regulations made under that Act
as are capable of use with adaptations for the purposes of this Act, may with
such adaptations as are necessary, be used for the purposes of this Act.
