Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Trustees may,
with the consent in writing of the Minister, in relation to any matter or
class of matters, or in relation to any activity or function of the Museum, by
resolution, delegate all or any of its powers, authorities, duties and
functions under this Act, except this power of delegation and its powers in
relation to the making of regulations, to any person or committee of persons.
(2) The Trustees may,
by resolution, revoke a delegation given under this section and a delegation
so given does not prevent the exercise or discharge by the Trustees of any of
their powers, authorities, duties and functions.
(3) A committee
appointed by the Trustees pursuant to this section shall report to the
Trustees on its activities at such times as they may direct.
