MUSEUM ACT 1969 - SECT 28A

28A .         Status of members of staff and other employees who are members of Senior Executive Service

                Notwithstanding anything in sections 25(d), 26, 27 and 28, to the extent that there is in the case of a person who is appointed under section 25(d) to be a member of the staff or other employee and who is a member of the Senior Executive Service within the meaning of the Public Sector Management Act 1994 ⁵ an inconsistency between this Act and that Act that Act shall prevail.
