Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts This Act shall be read
and construed subject to the limits of the legislative powers of the State and
so as not to exceed those powers, to the intent that where anything enacted in
this Act would, but for the provisions of this section, be construed as being
in excess of those powers, it shall nevertheless be a valid enactment to the
extent to which it is not in excess of those powers.
