Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts Upon the granting of a
certificate of exemption pursuant to section 102 or section 102A the
holder of a mining tenement to whom it is granted shall be deemed to be
relieved, to the extent, and subject to the conditions specified in the
certificate, from his obligations under the prescribed expenditure conditions
relating to the mining tenement.
