Western Australian Consolidated Acts Where any land
comprised in an application for a mining tenement is held subject to a
pastoral lease within the meaning of the Land Administration Act 1997 or
a lease otherwise granted by or on behalf of the Crown for grazing purposes
only, the applicant shall within the prescribed period, post a copy of the
application together with a map on which are clearly delineated the boundaries
of the land in respect of which the mining tenement is sought by registered
post or certified mail to the holder of that lease at his usual or last known
place of abode or business.
