Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Minister may
delegate to the chief executive officer, or to any other officer of the
Department, the performance of any of the Minister’s functions under
this Act.
(2) A delegation under
subsection (1) to the chief executive officer may authorise the chief
executive officer to subdelegate to any other officer of the Department.
(3) Sections 58
and 59 of the Interpretation Act 1984 apply to a subdelegation under
subsection (2).
(4) A delegation or a
subdelegation must be in writing.
