MAGISTRATES COURT ACT 2004 - SECT 4

4 .         Court established

        (1)         A court called the Magistrates Court of Western Australia is established.

        (2)         The Court is a court of record.

        (3)         The Court is to have as many seals as are necessary for the transaction of its business.
