Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) All proceedings of
the Court when dealing with a minor case are to be held in private unless the
Court otherwise orders.
(2) Relatives and
friends of a party may be present at the proceeding unless the Court otherwise
orders.
(3) In dealing with a
minor case the Court is to act with as little formality as the Court thinks is
reasonable.
(4) When dealing with
a minor case the Court is not bound by rules or practice as to evidence but
may inform itself on any matter in such manner as it thinks fit.
