MAJOR EVENTS (AERIAL ADVERTISING) ACT 2009 - SECT 9

9 .         When order takes effect

                An event order or a variation order takes effect —

            (a)         on the day of its publication in the Gazette ; or

            (b)         if a later day is specified in the order, on that day.
