Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) A psychiatrist who
examines a person for the purposes of a referral under section 29(2)(b)
may order that the person be received into, and detained in, an authorised
hospital for assessment of whether an order should be made under
section 43.
(2) An order under
subsection (1) is to specify the day and time when it is made.
