Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Corporation
may establish consultative groups of persons for the purpose of considering,
and advising the Corporation on, any matter relating to the performance of the
functions of the Corporation that is referred to them by the Corporation, and
may appoint in writing the members of such groups.
(2) The Minister may
determine the terms and conditions of appointment, including remuneration and
allowances, of a member of a consultative group.
