Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts The Corporation is a
body corporate, with perpetual succession and a common seal, and may sue and
be sued, and acquire and hold real and personal property under its corporate
name and may, if approved by the Minister, operate under and use an
abbreviation or a trading name.
