Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Governor may
make regulations prescribing all matters necessary or convenient to be
prescribed for carrying out or giving effect to this Act and, in particular,
prescribing the forms to be used for making returns.
(2) Regulations shall
not be made under subsection (1) so as to impose a greater obligation on
the Members of one House than on the Members of the other House of Parliament.
