⁴ Under the Public Sector Management Act 1994 s. 112(1), a reference to the Public Service Act 1978 is to be read as a reference to the Public Sector Management Act 1994. The reference was changed under the Reprints Act 1984 s. 7(3)(g).

⁵ Section 35 was renumbered as section 34 in the 1943 reprint (in Volume 2 of the Reprinted Acts of the Parliament of Western Australia).

⁶ The Limitation Act 1935 s. 48A and the Second Schedule were inserted by No. 73 of 1954 s. 8.

This Division amends the Main Roads Act 1930.

128. Section 13 amended

Delete section 13(4).

129. Section 16 amended

In section 16(1b) delete “by regulations made under the Road Traffic Act 1974.” and insert:

under a road law as defined in the Road Traffic (Administration) Act 2008 section 4.
