Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Commissioner
may, either generally or as otherwise provided by the instrument of
delegation, by writing signed by him, delegate to an officer of the
Commissioner any of his powers or duties under this Act, other than this power
of delegation or a power of appointment delegated to him under
section 10A by the Minister.
(2) If a function of
the Commissioner is performed in accordance with a delegation under this
section, that function is deemed to be performed by the Commissioner.
