MAIN ROADS ACT 1930 - SECT 11A

11A .         Status of Commissioner, and of officers of Commissioner, who are members of Senior Executive Service

                Notwithstanding anything in sections 7, 8, 10 and 11, to the extent that there is in the case of a person who is appointed under —

            (a)         section 7 to be the Commissioner; or

            (b)         section 10 to be an officer of the Commissioner,

                and who is a member of the Senior Executive Service within the meaning of the Public Sector Management Act 1994  ⁴ an inconsistency between this Act and that Act that Act shall prevail.
