MAIN ROADS ACT 1930 - SECT 19

19 .         Other duties of Commissioner

                The Commissioner shall also —

            (a)         inspect and report on and construct or supervise roads and works when so desired by the Minister; and

            (b)         report to the Minister on his proceedings under this Act on such occasions as the Minister directs; and

        [(c)         deleted]

            (d)         supervise the construction of highways, main roads and secondary roads, and other works to be carried out under this Act; and

            (e)         perform such other duties as may be prescribed.
